Shipping Guidelines: Orders received by 12:00noon PST Monday - Friday Orders placed with baseballsupplier.com by 12 noon PST will ship within 1-2 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States). Express deliveries will ship the same day or the next business day. Express orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. If for some reason an item is on back order or is out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone and we will make every effort to get that item to you in a timely manner. The following are guidelines for shipping times: Standard Ground: 3-10 business days. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Returns on items purchased with free ground shipping are charged a 10% restocking fee unless the item is deemed defective or damaged in original transit to the customer. 3 Day Select: 3 business days. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days.. 2 Day Air: 2 business days. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2 Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Next Day Air: 1 business day. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Items shipping outside the 48 Contiguous United States (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska) may take longer than normal. These orders will incur an additional charge of $10 for shipping. If you live outside the 48 Contiguous United States and have questions regarding charges and timeframes, please contact us before placing your order. Tracking information will be provided as quickly as possible. When your order is shipped directly from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number the same day it ships. When necessary, orders may be sent via Drop shipment directly from our manufacturers such as Nokona, Atec, Akadema, Pronine and SSK. Tracking numbers from drop shipments may take an extra day or two for us to get them to you.
